Im digitalen Zeitalter wird die Rolle k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz (KI) im Bankensektor immer relevanter. Unter den f\u00fcnf gr\u00f6\u00dften italienischen Banken nach Finanzierung liegt Intesa Sanpaolo mit dem h\u00e4ufigsten und ausgefeiltesten Einsatz von KI klar an der Spitze, gefolgt von UniCredit, Banco BPM, BPER Banca und MPS. Dieser Trend geht aus einer Studie von Excellence Consulting und Dataskills hervor, die rund 10.000 Artikel analysierte, die zwischen Juli 2020 und Juni 2023 in italienischen Wirtschafts- und Generalzeitungen ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurden.<\/p>\n

Der Bericht zeigt, dass italienische Banken KI in verschiedenen Bereichen nutzen, von der Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses \u00fcber innovative Produkte und Dienstleistungen bis hin zur Verbesserung von Governance und Risikomanagement.<\/p>\n

KI und die Entwicklung des Bankdienstleistungsmodells<\/h3>\n

Die Studie zeigt, dass k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Bankdienstleistungsmodells von entscheidender Bedeutung ist. Insbesondere Intesa Sanpaolo nutzt KI in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen, die von der Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses bis zur Optimierung von Marketingstrategien reichen. UniCredit und Banco BPM stehen sich nahe und wenden KI-L\u00f6sungen in drei der vier in der Studie untersuchten Bereiche an, auch wenn UniCredit in Italien nur in zwei aktiv ist. Im Gegenteil, BPER Banca hat begonnen, KI nur in einem Bereich einzusetzen, w\u00e4hrend MPS KI noch nicht in seinen Gesch\u00e4ftsplan aufgenommen hat.<\/p>\n

Europ\u00e4ische Regulierung und die Zukunft der KI im Bankensektor<\/h3>\n

Mit der Verabschiedung der vorgeschlagenen KI-Verordnung (KI-Gesetz) durch die EU-Parlamentskommission im Mai 2023 und der Abstimmung des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments im Juni werden die regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen klarer. Das KI-Gesetz wird im Dezember 2023 im European Journal ver\u00f6ffentlicht und stellt einen grundlegenden Schritt zur Standardisierung und Regulierung des Einsatzes von KI dar, auf den sich auch Banken einstellen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz als Makrotrend in der Finanzwelt<\/h3>\n

Maurizio Primanni, CEO von Excellence Consulting, stellt fest, dass k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz zu einem Makrotrend in der Finanzwelt wird, \u00e4hnlich wie es bei der digitalen Transformation und neuerdings auch beim ESG-Umstieg der Fall war. Schl\u00fcsselw\u00f6rter, die mit KI im Allgemeinen verbunden sind, sind \u201eForschung\u201c, \u201eEntwicklung\u201c und \u201eTechnologie\u201c. Wenn es um KI im Bankensektor geht, tauchen auch Begriffe wie \u201edigital\u201c, \u201eWachstum\u201c und \u201eDienstleistungen\u201c auf, was darauf hindeutet, dass Banken zunehmend KI als Instrument zur Wachstumsf\u00f6rderung und Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen nutzen.<\/p>\n

Auf dem Weg zu einer intelligenteren Bankzukunft<\/h3>\n

Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen: W\u00e4hrend einige Banken wie Intesa Sanpaolo KI bereits auf innovative Weise nutzen, m\u00fcssen andere noch aufholen. Laut Primanni ist es wichtig, dass Banken organisch und umfassend auf kritische Erfolgsfaktoren reagieren, die von der Unternehmenskultur bis zur Governance, von der Expertise im Datenmanagement bis zur Compliance reichen. Mit der bevorstehenden Einf\u00fchrung des KI-Gesetzes haben Banken die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich auf eine Zukunft vorzubereiten, in der k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz eine immer zentralere Rolle spielt.<\/p>\n
