Links to Sites<\/h3>\n<p>You are permitted to link to the Sites only to full HTML pages. SendApp reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Third-party sites<\/h3>\n<p>SendApp is not responsible for content, services, or materials on linked sites. The inclusion of links does not imply endorsement by SendApp.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>9. Reimbursement exclusion clause<\/h3>\n<p>All software products sold through the Sites are considered to be <strong>digital assets activated and immediately usable<\/strong>. According to current legislation (Directive 2011\/83\/EU), <strong>there is no right of withdrawal or refund for activated digital products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You irrevocably agree that your purchase waives all rights to a refund unless expressly waived in writing by SendApp on an exceptional basis.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>10. Disclaimer clause<\/h3>\n<p>SendApp <strong>assumes no responsibility for user's improper, unlawful, or noncompliant use of the software<\/strong>. The user is required to use the tool in full compliance with regulations, including platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp) and GDPR.<\/p>\n<p>Improper use of the tool, such as sending spam or uploading unprofiled address books, may result in suspension of the number or termination of service by third parties. <strong>SendApp disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages, lockouts, suspensions, or losses caused by such misuse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>11. Exclusion of guarantees<\/h3>\n<p>Within the limits of the law:<br \/>\n- Content and services are provided \"as is.\"<br \/>\n- SendApp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Sites.<br \/>\n- SendApp will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use of the Sites.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>12. License<\/h3>\n<p>The license is for life, but can only be used on one device at a time.
