La Alianza Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi fue\u00a0\u00a0<strong>el grupo automovil\u00edstico l\u00edder mundial en t\u00e9rminos de ventas en 2017 y 2018<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>El ciclo de vida del cliente automotriz es largo y Nissan participa en cada una de estas fases. Como resultado, la empresa japonesa otorg\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente una importancia considerable a\u00a0<strong>\u00a0m\u00e9todos de comunicaci\u00f3n local utilizados por sus revendedores<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0para mantenerse en contacto con sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Nissan ha observado un deterioro de\u00a0\u00a0<strong>desempe\u00f1o de los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n tradicionales<\/strong>\u00a0. La b\u00fasqueda de soluciones alternativas capaces de revitalizar las relaciones con los clientes se ha vuelto, por tanto, fundamental para este gigante de la automoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mensajes para relaciones con los clientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con la explosi\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico de tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes y el desarrollo de nuevos formatos, Nissan ha decidido plantear\u00a0\u00a0<strong>la mensajer\u00eda m\u00f3vil en el coraz\u00f3n de su estrategia de relaci\u00f3n con el cliente<\/strong>\u00a0. \u00a1Este fue el punto de partida de la colaboraci\u00f3n de myElefant con Nissan Europa!<\/p>\n<p><strong>El objetivo:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u00a0dise\u00f1ar e implementar una estrategia de mensajer\u00eda m\u00f3vil en Europa para cada etapa del viaje del cliente utilizando la plataforma myElefant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de un ejercicio POC exitoso, <a href=\"https:\/\/myelefant.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">myElefant<\/a> y Nissan han decidido desarrollar una estrategia de tres ejes para lograrlo:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"blog-bullets-numbers-3\" class=\"block blog-bullets-numbers\">\n<div class=\"bullnum-wrapper boot\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-22 col-md-20 col-lg-15\">\n<ol>\n<li>Apoyar a Nissan en el desarrollo de comunicaciones locales.<\/li>\n<li>Configurar escenarios relacionales autom\u00e1ticos a trav\u00e9s de una conexi\u00f3n a Nissan CRM<\/li>\n<li>Innovar probando nuevos canales de mensajer\u00eda m\u00f3vil<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"blog-text-4\" class=\"block blog-text\">\n<div class=\"text-wrapper boot\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-22 col-md-20 col-lg-15\">\n<h2><strong>La fase POC<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En enero de 2018, Nissan implement\u00f3 su primer caso de uso basado en el formato Rich de la plataforma myElefant con el objetivo de presentar el nuevo Nissan MICRA.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5351 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/1vxc0v12qhrm1e72gq1mmxkf-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Nissan-rich-spain-campaign-1_543001c8bcb5a94ae41378946a63b7f3.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 705px) 100vw, 705px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/1vxc0v12qhrm1e72gq1mmxkf-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Nissan-rich-spain-campaign-1_543001c8bcb5a94ae41378946a63b7f3.jpg 705w, https:\/\/1vxc0v12qhrm1e72gq1mmxkf-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Nissan-rich-spain-campaign-1_543001c8bcb5a94ae41378946a63b7f3-300x272.jpg 300w\" alt=\"Fotos de tel\u00e9fonos que muestran mensajes RCS\" width=\"705\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El formato ha sido muy bien recibido por los clientes de Nissan y los resultados de la campa\u00f1a son convincentes. Esto significa que se han abierto 150 cuentas myElefant para sus revendedores en Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Cada distribuidor puede acceder a un cat\u00e1logo de operaciones que han sido aprobadas por marketing central y activarlas cuando quieran llegar a sus clientes locales.<\/p>\n<p>En seis meses, 200.000 clientes recibieron estas comunicaciones por SMS de su concesionario.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La conexi\u00f3n CRM para ampliar los casos de uso<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dado el alcance del uso de Nissan de la soluci\u00f3n myElefant y la expansi\u00f3n de la gama de escenarios de relaci\u00f3n con el cliente, myElefant y Nissan han optado por conectar myElefant a la plataforma Adobe Campaign utilizada por Nissan Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Esta conexi\u00f3n tiene muchas ventajas que incluyen:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"blog-bullets-numbers-7\" class=\"block blog-bullets-numbers\">\n<div class=\"bullnum-wrapper boot\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-22 col-md-20 col-lg-15\">\n<ul>\n<li>Uso de listas din\u00e1micas y segmentadas en Nissan CRM. (ver foto arriba)<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mensajer\u00eda en el coraz\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Hacia campa\u00f1as predictivas ...<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En 2019, y nuevamente con el objetivo de mejorar la relevancia de su contenido, Nissan planea llevar sus campa\u00f1as de Rich SMS al siguiente nivel haci\u00e9ndolas ultra personales.
