Seul un pourcentage minime, 2%, des PME italiennes d&#039;au moins 10 salari\u00e9s ont investi dans les technologies de l&#039;information (IT) entre 2019 et 2021. Ce nombre n&#039;augmente que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, \u00e0 10%, si l&#039;on consid\u00e8re les investissements dans l&#039;IA avec ceux dans le Big Data.<\/p>\n<h4>Un regard sur l&#039;enqu\u00eate Inapp<\/h4>\n<p>L&#039;Inapp (Institut national pour l&#039;analyse des politiques publiques) a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es int\u00e9ressantes sur l&#039;adoption de l&#039;IA dans les entreprises italiennes. L&#039;enqu\u00eate, qui fait partie de la VI Enqu\u00eate sur les Entreprises et le Travail (RIL), a examin\u00e9 environ 30 000 entreprises sur tout le territoire national.<\/p>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27349\" src=\"https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1217\" height=\"694\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1.jpg 1217w, https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-1024x584.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-768x438.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/sendapp.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image-1-600x342.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1217px) 100vw, 1217px\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>La taille de l\u2019entreprise comme variable cruciale<\/h4>\n<p>L&#039;adoption de l&#039;IA en Italie semble \u00eatre fortement influenc\u00e9e par la taille de l&#039;entreprise, sa situation g\u00e9ographique et le secteur dans lequel elle op\u00e8re. Par exemple, seulement 1,5% des petites entreprises de moins de 50 salari\u00e9s utilisent l\u2019IA, alors que ce pourcentage passe \u00e0 12% dans les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s. Cette disparit\u00e9 pourrait cr\u00e9er une sorte d\u2019\u00e9cart concurrentiel entre les diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019entreprises, aggravant encore les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s existantes.<\/p>\n<h3>Effets de l&#039;IA sur l&#039;emploi et la formation<\/h3>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019opinion commune qui consid\u00e8re l\u2019IA comme un potentiel destructeur d\u2019emplois, l\u2019enqu\u00eate Inapp montre une image diff\u00e9rente. L\u2019investissement dans l\u2019IA, notamment lorsqu\u2019il est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des investissements dans le Big Data et la robotique, est en effet corr\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation (+0,7%) de la demande de travail. En effet, l\u2019IA pousse les entreprises \u00e0 investir davantage dans la formation professionnelle, les d\u00e9penses 13% augmentant m\u00eame en l\u2019absence d\u2019autres technologies avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h4>Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et intelligence artificielle<\/h4>\n<p>Un autre aspect surprenant est le lien entre l\u2019IA et la durabilit\u00e9. Selon l&#039;Inapp, l&#039;adoption de technologies avanc\u00e9es telles que l&#039;IA et le Big Data est positivement corr\u00e9l\u00e9e aux efforts des entreprises dans le domaine de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<h3>Le mot \u00e0 Sebastiano Fadda, pr\u00e9sident d&#039;Inapp<\/h3>\n<p>Sebastiano Fadda souligne le manque de comp\u00e9tences en IA parmi les PME italiennes. Malgr\u00e9 la prise de conscience de l\u2019existence de l\u2019IA, de nombreuses entreprises ne savent pas comment l\u2019utiliser efficacement pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances. Ce d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019absence d\u2019une culture num\u00e9rique \u00e9tablie, repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi de taille.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusions et consid\u00e9rations finales<\/h3>\n<p>En Italie, l\u2019IA reste un domaine encore largement inexplor\u00e9 et sous-exploit\u00e9, notamment dans les PME. Cette \u00ab inertie technologique \u00bb ralentit non seulement la croissance \u00e9conomique mais \u00e9galement la progression vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus durable et plus inclusive.
