So, while adding the phone number make sure you omit any zeros, brackets, special characters or dashes.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u26ab\ufe0e\u00a0Create a link with a pre-filled message \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Prefilled or the custom message is the default message that the user will send to initiate the conversation.\u00a0For example, if the business adds, \u201cHello!\u201d as a custom WhatsApp message then this will be the first message that will come from the user to initiate the conversation. Even if you don\u2019t add a custom message in your link, the chat will get initiated as soon as the user sends any text in the chat.<\/p>\n<p><b>Space<\/b>: To add space in the text you want to create, use<em>\u00a0%20<\/em>. Suppose you want to write it like this\u00a0\u2013 \u2018Hello Saurav. How are you\u2019,\u00a0then you can write it as\u00a0<em>Hello%20Saurav%0Ahow%20are%20you%0A<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And your WhatsApp code will be<br \/>\n<em>https:\/\/api.whatsapp.com\/send?phone=44768483016&amp;text=Hello%20Saurav%0Ahow%20are%20you%0A<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Create a link within the WhatsApp business app<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>If you are already using the WhatsApp business app then you can create the link within the app itself. This link will have a unique ID linked to your business account and will initiate the chat only with the number linked to your WhatsApp business account.
