SendApp Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern your use of this website and any content made available from or through the following websites (Sites) of sendapp.live, sendapp.cloud, including but not limited to:

The Sites are owned and operated by SendApp, a product owned by International SPC srl (referred to as “SendApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Use and access to the Sites indicate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Anmeldung
You do not need to be a member of the Sites to access the Sites or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of the Sites and to some content and services may be limited to members only. Once you become a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Subscription Agreement.
2. Property Rights
The use of the Sites does not guarantee the user any property or interest in content, codes, data, or materials that can be accessed on or through the Sites or intellectual property rights that exist over such content, codes, data, or materials. You may download a single copy of any content contained on the Sites solely for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms of use, provided that you retain the copyright and other notices contained in such content. This excludes the products available for sale/licenses on the Sites. Unauthorized use of the content, code, data, or materials on the Sites or available through the Sites may violate copyright and other Italian laws and applicable international laws.
3. Copyright Agent
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and require that the people who use the Sites, or the services or features made available on or through the Sites, do the same. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to SendApp:
– Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
– A description of the location of the alleged infringing material;
– A description of the copyrighted work believed to have been infringed;
– A statement from you stating that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Trademarks
The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Sites or on the content available through the Sites are registered and unregistered Trademarks of SendApp and others. Nothing contained on the Sites should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Sites without the written permission of SendApp or any third party that may own the applicable Trademark.
5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
SendApp may, in its sole discretion, revise or modify these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted by us on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites and/or services made available on or through the Sites following the posting of any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be considered acceptance of such changes.
6. User Information
In the course of using the Sites and/or the content or services made available on or through the Sites, you may be required to provide us with certain personalized information (“User Information”). The information collection and use policies of SendApp in relation to the privacy of such User Information are set out in the Privacy Policy of the Sites. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your information.
7. Links to the Sites
The user agrees that if you include a link from any other website to the Sites, that link must link to the full version of a page in HTML format of the Sites. Direct linking to any image hosted on the Sites or on our services is not permitted, for example, using an “online” connection method to cause the display of the image hosted by us on another website. We reserve the right to insist that any links to the Sites be removed and to revoke the right to link to the Sites from any other website at any time upon written notice to the user.
8. Third-party Sites
You may be able to switch between Sites and third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). You acknowledge and accept that we have no responsibility for information, content, products, services, advertising, code, or other materials that may or may not be provided by or through Linked Sites, even if they are owned or operated by our affiliates. The inclusion of any link to such websites on our Sites does not imply SendApp’s endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of that website. SendApp disclaims any responsibility for links to another website.
9. Disclaimer
Italian law on commercial practices and similar state and territorial legislation may grant you rights and remedies in relation to the supply of goods or services on the Sites that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified by SendApp (non-excludable rights). SendApp does not exclude any non-excludable rights but excludes all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law, or statute. Except as provided by the non-excludable rights:
– All content and services on the Sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
– SendApp does not guarantee that the functions contained in any content or your access to the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Sites or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
– SendApp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, and/or consequential damages or loss of profits of any kind arising from any use or access or inability to use or access the Sites or content.
10. Applicable Laws
Wir kontrollieren und verwalten die Websites von unseren Büros in Italien aus gemäß den italienischen Gesetzen. Wir erklären nicht, dass die Materialien auf den Websites für die Verwendung an anderen Standorten geeignet oder verfügbar sind. 11. Spam Policy
The use of SendApp for spam purposes is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in the suspension or closure of your account and may also lead to legal action.
12. Personal Data
By accepting our terms and conditions, you authorize us to use your personal data for advertising purposes. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
Note: SendApp is not affiliated with WhatsApp (WhatsApp Inc. and/or WhatsApp Ireland Limited) or any other Facebook companies. There are no specific contractual relationships between SendApp and the messaging platforms related to the provision of services by SendApp to its customers. SendApp depends on messaging platform services to provide its services to customers. Therefore, changes from these messaging platforms could affect and even prevent SendApp’s services. SendApp is a standalone software for PC and MAC. All data will be stored exclusively on the user’s PC without ever being transmitted to or accessible by our servers (and/or third parties) or other online systems.
