Cache Clearing Guide

1. Access Preferences

First of all., open SendApp Desktop. Then, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right to open the main menu. At this point, select the option "Preferences", as shown in the image above.

2. Find the "Show Caches" Option.

Once the preferences window is open, scroll down until you find the button "Show Caches". Clicking on this button, the program will automatically open the folder containing the cache files.

3. Delete Cache Files

To complete the procedure, close SendApp and select all files and folders in the cache directory. Then, right-click and choose "Delete." Alternatively, you can use the key combination Shift + Del To remove them permanently. Caution: Be sure to delete only temporary files to avoid removing important files.

4. Restart SendApp Desktop
