Very impressed with the solution thus far. I love the simplicity but effectiveness especially for just sending food delivery or pickup orders via whatsapp. I am also encouraged by how reactive and responsive the team are to request. They admit they are a bit slow to respond but they always do; but personally ive always found when I contact in the mornoing the response is almost immediate. Might be my luck. Anyway I just get the sense that these guys are going to keep improving and developing this solution so I am willing to be patient and go along on the journey with them!

I got a trial to test this out. I find the setup simple enough. The layout is clean and you don't need an operating manual or even watch an entire Youtube video to get started. So I bought Business version - I am really satisfied. It's good value for money!

active on a single pc, you have to do marketing linked to a single physical location. Digital should mean freedom, not a fixed presence in a place to use software. In theory you can move the license but you have to plan it in advance, from the pc with the license active you have to transfer it and reactivate it on another terminal, it looks like the home phones of 30 years ago that when they called you, your mother answered from phone 1, she handed you the phone call waiting before hanging up the phone. Pure madness

I find this system very useful and functional for small and medium-sized businesses with a clientele that can be managed with this instant messaging tool, especially because mobile is taking over.
