- Open the app Whatsapp Business. If you use Android touch the icon with the 3 dots at the top right and select Settings; for iOS once the menu is open choose Settings down.
- Inside the settings you will find “Company Settings" and then "Catalog“.
- If it is the first time that you access the Whatsapp Catalogs function, at the bottom you will find a CTA in green with the writing “Add product or service"; or use the green icon with the symbol + to start creating a product or catalog.
- In the screen just next there are the various fields to fill in for the product to be inserted: name, price, description, website, product code and images (with a limit of 10 in each catalog). Once you have added all the necessary details, you can save the information with the button at the top "Save“.
- Once the insertion is complete, the product or service is not immediately active. Must be approved by Whatsapp; entries must meet the app's legal guidelines. It will be a green icon to indicate the analysis status of the inserted fields. Once approved, the product or service becomes active and the icon disappears.
The approval time is approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
