If you wish remove the report of a WhatsApp contact, devi provare a contattare il team della nota piattaforma di messaggistica: per riuscirci, scrivi un’email (in lingua inglese) nella quale indichi il tuo cellphone number and, above all, the contact number that you reported incorrectly. If you remember, also specify the day e l’Now in cui hai effettuato l’erronea segnalazione.

Come oggetto dell’email, puoi scrivere "Wrong spam alert for [phone number]", or "Incorrect spam report for [phone number]". Una volta che avrai composto il messaggio e sarai pronto per farlo, invialo all’indirizzo support @whatsapp.com.

Oltre a segnalare il contatto in questione, l’avevi anche bloccato? Beh, allora lascia che ti spieghi brevemente come revocare il blocco. Qui sotto trovi indicato come agire su Android, iOS e computer.

• On Android — avvia WhatsApp, fai tap sul pulsante (⋮), select the item Settings from the menu opened and presses on the items Account> Privacy. • On computer — accedi a WhatsApp tramite la Web version del servizio o il suo client per Windows e macOS, clicca sul pulsante (⌵) or (⋮) located at the top left, select the item Settings dal menu che si apre e clicca sull’opzione Blocked located on the left. Sei giunto su questa guida con l’obiettivo di remove the reporting of a WhatsApp group? Per tentare di riuscire in questa “impresa”, devi seguire praticamente le medesime indicazioni che ti ho fornito nel capitolo precedente: contattare via email il team di WhatsApp, spiegando l’accaduto e, se necessario, sbloccare il gruppo di tuo interesse.

Innanzitutto, provvedi a contattare il team di WhatsApp scrivendo un’email (in lingua inglese). Come oggetto del messaggio, scrivi "Wrong spam alert", or "Incorrect spam report", while in the body of the message it indicates the your phone number, the name of the blocked group and the number of your administrator. Se possibile, indica anche il day e l’Now in cui effettuato l’erronea segnalazione e, quando sei ponto per farlo, invia l’email all’indirizzo support @whatsapp.com.

Oltre a segnalare il gruppo WhatsApp in questione l’avevi anche bloccato, o meglio silenziato? In tal caso, provvedi a sbloccarlo seguendo le indicazioni che trovi di seguito.

• On Android — avvia WhatsApp, fai tap sul group name located on the screen Chat, presses again on group name place at the top and move up OFF l’interruttore collocato in corrispondenza della dicitura Turn off notifications.
• On iPhone — avvia WhatsApp, recati nella schermata Chat, presses on group name you want to reactivate, tap the group name at the top, select the item Quiet, button Quiet e seleziona l’opzione Re-enable notifications from the menu that opens.
• On computer — accedi a WhatsApp tramite la Web version del servizio o il suo client per Windows e macOS, clicca sul group name you had muted, click the group name at the top, remove the check mark from the box Quiet and then click on the button Re-enable notifications from the menu that opens.
