SendApp Connect - sends notifications from the WordPress platform via SMS messages and chat apps to the customer and the administrator. installing WordPress Plugin Free all status notifications of orders, payments, advertisements, offers, new products are sent to all registered customers via text message, or chat, or both. Administrator receives the same notification on his phone. SendApp Connect is a Free Chat and SMS Gateway that allows you to always be connected with your customers. I struggled a bit in the beginning, since it's strange not to have any dashboard on your computer, but it works very easy and the support is outstanding and fast. Once you get used to it, it's actually pretty straightforward. I also love to be able to answer clients from anywhere just on my phone this way.

SendApp Connect is so versatile with so many uses cases. Once we started using this tool in our office, we were able to replace all our excel related procedures which I never thought would be possible. Since SendApp Connect is a spreadsheet tool powered by a database, we are able to quickly put together systems that are needed to help our team stay organized and efficient.
For example, a CRM system was quickly put together with client information automatically imported via integration. Then, a team member fills in relevant data using a predetermined dropdown list for each field (which also ensures data uniformity). From there, we can send messages or SMS to any client using SendApp Connect integration with Whatsapp. Awesome!
I am sure we will be finding many more ways SendApp will be utilized since the list of integration is growing and the team looks to be passionate about their product.
