Cookie policy
1. What cookies and similar tools are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to work, remember your choices or measure visits. Other technologies, such as the browser’s local storage and measurement pixels, do similar things. On this page we call them all “cookies”.
2. Who manages them
Technical cookies and SendApp Pixel are managed by Everysoft S.r.l.s., the data controller (see the privacy policy). The tools from Google, Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI are provided by those companies, which also process the data collected under their own notices, as independent controllers.
3. How you make and change your choices
On your first visit the banner lets you choose between “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” and “Preferences”, where you decide by category (“Analytics” and “Marketing and advertising”). After you choose, the cookie icon at the bottom left of the page reopens your preferences, so you can change your mind at any time as easily as you chose. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Accepting statistics or advertising cookies is not consent to receive marketing messages on WhatsApp, SMS or email: that consent is separate and asked for separately (see the privacy policy).
4. Technical cookies
They make the website work and remember your choices; they do not require consent.
- stcm.consent.* and stcm.hasConsented (browser local storage): remember the choice made in the banner. They remain until you clear them in your browser.
- _sa_optout: remembers that you objected to SendApp Pixel measurement. Duration: 12 months.
5. Analytics cookies
They help us understand how the website is used.
- SendApp Pixel (Everysoft): cookie _sa_vid, recognises your browser from one visit to the next. Duration: 6 months. It is written only after consent to the “Analytics” or “Marketing and advertising” category. It collects pages viewed, actions on the website (such as clicks and forms sent), where the visit came from, device type and country, and it does not store the full IP address. It links browsing to a contact only when the person identifies themselves, for example by filling in a form.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, measure visits. Duration: up to 2 years (some browsers cap it at about 13 months).
6. Marketing and advertising cookies
They measure the results of our advertising campaigns and show ads to people who have already visited the website.
- Google Ads (Google): cookie _gcl_au and _gcl_ls data in local storage, measure campaign conversions. Cookie duration: 90 days.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): cookie _fbp and referral data in local storage, measure conversions and build audiences for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Cookie duration: 90 days.
- Microsoft Advertising UET (Microsoft): cookies _uetsid (1 day), _uetvid and MUID (about 13 months), measure conversions of Bing campaigns.
- OpenAI pixel for ChatGPT ads (OpenAI): cookie __obref (12 months), measures campaign conversions; OpenAI’s domains also use the technical cookies __cf_bm and _cfuvid of their security provider.
7. Google consent mode
Google consent mode is active for Google Analytics and Google Ads: until you accept the relevant category, these tools do not write cookies in your browser, but Google may receive cookieless signals without identifiers (for example that a page was viewed), which it uses for aggregate estimates.
8. Third-party content
Some articles include YouTube videos: YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies under its own rules. The website chat loads only if you open the bubble at the bottom right: from then on, the service is provided by the SendApp Agent platform.
9. Transfers and further information
Some providers also process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards described in the privacy policy. For questions about cookies, or to ask for the deletion of the data collected by SendApp Pixel, write to info@sendapp.live.
