Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to generate an image or a video?
Images range from €0.08 for fast quality to €0.56 for Pro 4K, with Standard at €0.16, High quality 2K at €0.24, Pro at €0.31 and 4K at €0.35. Videos are charged per second: €0.23 for fast 720p, €0.28 for fast 1080p, €0.92 for quality 720p and 1080p. So a 4-second fast 720p video costs €0.92, an 8-second one €1.84. Prices exclude VAT: 22% is added on top-up.
How far does €10 go?
About 125 fast images, or 62 standard images, or 10 fast 4-second videos in 720p. It depends only on what you pick, because the cost of each single file is deducted.
Are credits included in my plan?
No: it is a separate wallet, topped up on its own with card or PayPal, from €5 to €1000. The messages in your plan stay included as always: that does not change.
Can I start from one of my photos to make a video?
Yes. You upload the photo of a product, a dish or your shop and the AI animates it from that frame: the video shows your things, not something similar.
Where do the generated files end up?
In the media library inside File Manager, together with your other files. From there you use them in a WhatsApp campaign, in the product catalogue or in a chat reply, without downloading and re-uploading.
Do credits expire, or can they be refunded?
Credits are not refundable, as stated in the platform Terms and Privacy policy. Worth reading them before you top up.
Can I use the images for my business?
The generated files are yours and stay in your library. For the conditions of use, the platform Terms are what counts.
