Phase 0. Innanzitutto, assicurati che su entrambi i telefoni Android sia attivata la modalità Debug USB. Se non sai come fare, leggi this guide. Oltre ad attivare il debug USB, vai in Impostazioni –> Sicurezza sul tuo Android e attiva la voce “Unknown origins“
Phase 1.
Download and install Whatsapp Transfer sul tuo computer e collega entrambi i telefoni android via USB al computer. Per entrambi, una volta connessi al PC, apparirà un messaggio sullo schermo. Clicca su “Back up my data” per procedere.

Phase 2. Dal menu a sinsitra, sotto “Devices“, seleziona il cellulare Android da cui vuoi copiare e spostare le chat di Whatsapp. Poi clicca in alto sull’icona relativa all’azione “Transfer Messages to another Android”
Se vuoi spostare solo le chat di una determinata persona, non dovrai far altro che cliccare sul nome del contatto desiderato e poi cliccare sull’icona con l’immagine dei due telefoni Android.
Phase 3. Select the target Android phone you want to move chats to and click on CONFIRM to proceed.

NB: Se non riesci a vedere i messaggi in WhatsApp sul tuo nuovo cellulare Android, vai in “Impostazioni -> Apps -> Tutte -> WhatsApp” e poi clicca su “Cancella Cache e Dati App”.
