An AI assistant that knows your store
It searches products live (name, price, availability, link) and tells customers where their order is, showing only that customer’s orders. Included from the Business plan.
SendApp chat on your website
Your store chat, with conversations in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
Your catalog is never copied: the assistant reads products from your store when the customer asks, so prices and stock are always current, even with tens of thousands of products. SendApp only reads: it never changes products, prices or orders.

- The Professional Plus plan does not include the store connection.
- During the free trial the store connects, but automatic messages start once you move to a paid plan.
How to connect it
- Download the SendApp module from PrestaShop Addons, add it in PrestaShop with “Upload a module”, then press “Configure”.
- In the module press “Connect to SendApp” and choose the WhatsApp account.
- Choose the WhatsApp messages for each order status and turn them on.
- In SendApp → Apps → Online shop the store shows as “Connected”; the module shows “AI reads the catalogue”.
Alternative without the module: a read-only key
In SendApp → Apps → Online shop you paste your store address and a read-only PrestaShop Webservice key.
How it works
On every event in your PrestaShop shop (minimum version 1.7) we create or update the contact in SendApp (name, phone, email) and tag it. We don't send messages on your behalf: you contact the leads whenever you want with a campaign or via API.
Step-by-step setup
- Copy your Webhook URL from the box above (select the account first).
- Log in to PrestaShop and go to the Webhook section of your shop settings.
- Paste the URL (JSON format) and choose the events that include the buyer's data (in these events the payload contains the customer's name, phone and email):Order creation

- Save.
Avoid events that only concern products or inventory: they don't contain a customer and don't create anything.
General rule: choose events that include customer data (name, phone or email): without a phone or email the contact is not created.
What happens next
The contacts coming from PrestaShop are created and tagged (prestashop) in SendApp. Reach them with a campaign filtering by that tag, or through the API.
Verify
Create a test order on PrestaShop and check that the contact appears in SendApp. If the phone or email is missing, the contact is not created.
