Facebook Ads and WhatsApp: reply to leads the moment they arrive

How it works

SendApp subscribes to the lead events of your Facebook Page: when someone fills in a Lead Ads form (on Facebook or Instagram), Meta notifies us in real time, we fetch the answers and turn them into a contact and a Pipeline lead. No Zapier, spreadsheets or manual exports needed.

Step-by-step setup

1. 1Go to Apps > Facebook Lead Ads and pick the account that should receive the leads.
2. 2Click "Connect Facebook Page" and log in with a profile that is an admin of the Page running the ads. If you manage several Pages, pick the right one from the list.
3. 3Open "Manage forms": the Page's Lead Ads forms are synced automatically. For each form review the mapping (name, phone, email, custom fields) and save it.
4. 4Test the flow with the "Create test lead" button or with Meta's testing tool: the lead shows up within seconds in Leads > Facebook Ads and Leads > Pipeline.

What happens next

Every new lead creates or updates the contact (tag facebook-ads + the form name) and lands in the Pipeline, where you follow it stage by stage. From the Pipeline you can enable the WhatsApp welcome message (approved template) sent automatically to every new lead, or build an Automation with the "New lead" trigger.

Verify

On the app card the "Webhook active" pill confirms the Page is subscribed to lead events. If it shows as missing, click "Re-subscribe". To create test leads the Meta app must be Live and your profile needs the Advertiser role on the Page.
