Every booking lands in the SendApp Agenda, with nothing to enter by hand.
Messages go out on their own before and after the appointment or the stay, following the rules you set.
The customer joins your contacts: you can write to them again after the appointment.
How to connect it
- In Smoobu: Settings → Advanced → API Keys → create a key.
- Press Generate Secret and copy it at once: Smoobu shows it only one time.
- Paste key and secret in SendApp, under Apps → Smoobu.
SendApp registers the webhook itself: nothing else to set up.
