Messages go out on their own before and after the appointment or the stay, following the rules you set.
The customer joins your contacts: you can write to them again after the appointment.
How to connect Octorate to SendApp

How to connect it
- 1In SendApp open Apps → Octorate and press Sign in with Octorate.
- 2Sign in with your Octorate login and allow SendApp to read the reservations.
- 3You are back in SendApp at once: every property of your login is followed. If you like, limit the messages to some properties in the settings.
- 4Add the rules: message before arrival, after check-out, in the guest's language.
SendApp turns on the real-time notices itself. To disconnect: Apps → Octorate → ⋮ menu → Disconnect.

Hi Julia, a reminder of your appointment tomorrow at 3pm. If something comes up, reply here and we will move it.
