Every booking lands in the SendApp Agenda, with nothing to enter by hand.
Messages go out on their own before and after the appointment or the stay, following the rules you set.
The customer joins your contacts: you can write to them again after the appointment.
How to connect WuBook to SendApp

How to connect it
- 1In ZaK: Settings → Configurations → Zak API, and generate the API code.
- 2Give the key a name (say «SendApp») and, if you like, restrict it to authorised IPs.
- 3Copy the code and paste it into SendApp, under Apps → WuBook.
You can revoke it whenever you like: delete it and generate another. ZaK, the PMS, is needed: with the channel manager alone the access goes through WuBook.

Hi Julia, a reminder of your appointment tomorrow at 3pm. If something comes up, reply here and we will move it.
