How to connect it
- 1Open Apps → TicketingHub in SendApp: the webhook address to copy is there.
- 2In TicketingHub: Dashboard → Advanced → Webhooks. Paste the address and tick the events booking.confirmed, booking.updated, booking.cancelled.
- 3If you set a secret on the webhook, type the same secret into SendApp: it is what proves a call really comes from them.
- 4Optional but recommended: ask TicketingHub for an API token and paste it, so we also pick up whatever a webhook might lose.

Hi Julia, a reminder of your appointment tomorrow at 3pm. If something comes up, reply here and we will move it.
