The customer joins your contacts: you can write to them again after the appointment.
How to connect it
- Open Apps → TicketingHub in SendApp: the webhook address to copy is there.
- In TicketingHub: Dashboard → Advanced → Webhooks. Paste the address and tick the events booking.confirmed, booking.updated, booking.cancelled.
- If you set a secret on the webhook, type the same secret into SendApp: it is what proves a call really comes from them.
- Optional but recommended: ask TicketingHub for an API token and paste it, so we also pick up whatever a webhook might lose.
